Careers

Founded in 1993, Air Duct & Mechanical, Inc. has built a strong reputation as a trusted provider of commercial HVAC and mechanical equipment services throughout the region.

With over 35 years of experience in the business, our team has developed a broad range of skills to ensure that our customers' machinery runs efficiently and reliably.

We’re a family-owned business built on an old-school mentality: quality of work matters more than quantity. We believe in doing the job right, taking pride in our craftsmanship, and standing behind the work we put our name on.

Our employees are an important part of our success, and we believe those who take pride in their work and understand the value of skilled trades should be recognized and rewarded for it. We’re looking for people who want to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.

We are a small, close-knit company with a team of 3–5 technicians and a strong, loyal customer base. Our size allows us to provide a more personal work environment, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities to build lasting relationships with both our customers and team.

We are looking for self-motivated HVAC Technicians who can confidently run their own truck. Candidates should be experienced in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs with the ability to work independently. If you take pride in your work and can diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently, we want to hear from you.

Through Local Union 72’s training program, our technicians have access to classroom, hands-on, and online training for HVAC technicians. We also provide on-the-job mentorship, working directly with our seasoned and knowledgeable Lead Technician/Owner to build skills and confidence in the field.
